Meet the Founder
Tanicka Stephens, MPH, LVN Founder & Principal Consultant
Tanicka Stephens, MPH, LVN, is a public health consultant and program leader with experience designing, implementing, and strengthening systems for federally, state, and locally funded programs across healthcare, housing, and community-based organizations.
Beginning her career as a licensed vocational nurse, she spent more than a decade providing direct patient care in behavioral health. That frontline experience shaped her understanding of how organizational systems influence both staff performance and client outcomes.
After earning her Master of Public Health, Tanicka moved into program leadership, where she developed policies, workflows, compliance processes, and implementation strategies that helped organizations deliver complex public health and human services programs effectively.
Today, she helps public health and human service organizations strengthen implementation, improve organizational effectiveness, and build practical systems that support sustainable program delivery.
