The Systems Behind the Work

I’ve Worked Inside the Programs I Now Support

Tanicka Stephens, MPH, LVN
Founder & Principal Consultant

I started my career as a licensed vocational nurse in mental health, spending over a decade on the front lines with clients and communities. After earning my MPH, I’ve spent the past nine years designing and leading public health programs where policy has to work in real life.

Most recently, as a housing director, I led the development and implementation of a CalAIM housing navigation program from the ground up—developing the policies, workflows, and operational structure needed to implement the program successfully. I founded Empower Health Solutions to build practical, sustainable systems that are compliant and audit-ready—while still workable for the teams doing the work.

Let’s Talk About Your Program

If your organization needs clearer systems or operational support, the first step is a conversation to see if we’re a good fit.
